About your job
As an Inspection Readiness Specialist, you will help ensure the site is always prepared for regulatory inspections, corporate audits, and third-party assessments. You will support audit activities, coordinate the internal audit program, and work closely with teams across the site to strengthen compliance and quality standards.This highly visible role requires regular interaction with external auditors and regulatory inspectors, making excellent communication and professional presentation skills essential. You will also lead and coordinate internal audits across the site and act as a key point of contact during inspections and audit activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support regulatory inspections, corporate audits, customer audits, and internal audit activities.
- Maintain the site’s Internal Audit and Self-Inspection program to ensure continuous inspection readiness.
- Prepare audit and inspection readiness plans and support the site throughout the audit lifecycle.
- Manage audit schedules, track commitments, and coordinate timely responses to audit observations.
- Build strong partnerships across functions to drive compliance and continuous improvement.
- Obtain and maintain Internal Auditor accreditation.
- Support additional quality and compliance initiatives as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in quality, compliance, auditing, or a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Excellent English communication skills (must-have), both written and spoken, enabling you to confidently interact with international auditors, inspectors, and stakeholders.
- A professional, approachable, and confident presence, with the ability to represent the site during external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate across teams and organizational levels.
- A keen eye for detail combined with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
- The ability to remain calm, organized, and professional when working under pressure and managing competing priorities.
- A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Strong ownership and accountability, with the confidence to work independently while also being an effective team player.
- Good organizational and planning skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Knowledge of cGMP, ISO standards, auditing principles, or regulatory requirements is an advantage.
- Internal auditing experience or Internal Auditor accreditation is an advantage.
