Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Monitoring completeness of incoming invoices and their allocation into the approval process;
• Import of orders to accounting software;
• Making sure all the records are up to date and given tasks are completed within financial deadlines;
• Taking care of the accuracy of the records and transactions;
• Taking care of assigned accounts and their balances
• Issuing accounting documents
• Communication with outsourced local accounting/tax provider;
• Supporting role for Head of consolidation regarding UA subsidiary;
• Operating tasks resolving and participation on projects within financial department;
• Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures and regulations;
• Preparing supporting documentation to stakeholders, Auditors, Authorities etc.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Ukrainian - Advanced (C1) or Slovak - Elementary (A2)

Personality requirements and skills

• university graduate required (accounting/finance/economy/business);
• experience in UA bookkeeping is an advantage;
• experience with accounting software 1C is an advantage;
• good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices;
• good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen;
• analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills;
