Senior accountant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- independent continuous processing of comprehensive accounting agenda for GymBeam group;
- processing of documents for the preparation of VAT returns and documents needs of other tax returns, processing of summary statement for VAT (an oversight on the preparation of foreign VAT returns);
- oversight on accounting of tangible and intangible assets;
- providing support to junior accountants and delivering tasks from the CFO;
- responsibility and direct booking for selected part of balance sheet accounts;
- oversight on the preparation of statistical reports;
- processing of monthly closing procedures and participation on monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements;
- preparation of supporting documents for compilation of financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and year-end basis;
- make sure all the records are up to date and given tasks are completed within financial deadlines;
- ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures and regulations;
- preparing supporting documentation to stakeholders, Auditors, Authorities etc;
- preparation of CIT calculation;
- oversight on the preparation of vehicle tax;
- communication with local accounting/tax outsourced service providers.
