E-commerce Country Manager for Croatia

We are looking for a successful commercial leader to strengthen the international business of Gymbeam in Slovakia. A country manager with strong business acumen and broad knowledge of the Croatian market will be the leader in sales and marketing with the goal of developing new market segments.

Promote the establishment of a strategic direction, while ensuring tactical implementation on the ground and marketing strategies for the company,
To develop and maintain effective brand positioning in accordance with the goals of Gymbeam,
To observe market trends and competition for the development of new business solutions,
To analyze and develop the sales process,
To maintain a strong relationship with existing dealers to improve efficiency,
To develop and maintain an enviable sales channel,
To search new area potentials and to make the penetration plans,
To enable the level of distribution services and to ensure availability.
