Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for an IT Operations Specialist, who will join our IT team:
As part of the 1st and 2nd level support, you will be the point of contact for our users. You will help to solve any hardware or software problems.
· communicate with customers effectively and per SLA requirements to uphold customer satisfaction standards
· escalate issues to the 3rd level support or managers as needed
· participate in the creation of IT standards and guidelines
· assist with new software deployment and upgrades
· support workstation lifecycle management
· monitor servers and provide support to minimize downtime
· support and configuration of network devices (Routers, Switches, Printers)
· continuously learn new technology, tools, systems, and sharing that knowledge within the team
· provide operation and support for the following systems and devices:
Windows 10 Pro (L1/L2 support),
• Office 365 suite (L1/L2 support),
• Intune Device Management (L1/L2 support, we can provide training),
• Azure Cloud Services (L1 support),
• Zoho Business Apps (L1/L2 support, we can provide training),
• Zabbix (L1 support, we can provide training),
• Networking systems and devices (L1 support),
• Workplace devices (L1/L2 support).
Operations will be focused on workplace and network devices, Windows and Microsoft services and Zoho Business Applications.
