Software Test Engineer / e-mobility

In IT team we are very focused on improving the existing functionality and delivering new one, with respect to a high quality. That's why we are looking for a QA specialist who would help us:
1/ setup the whole quality assurance environment, including procedures and tools
2/ and perform testing (manual and automated), including definition of test scenarios and test cases according to specification

Responsibilities:
Setup the testing methodology in the team (tools and procedures)
Work in an agile environment (scrum)
Collaboration in planning of test activities within the agile planning context
Close cooperation with team members (scrum master, business analysts, developers)
Creating test scenarios and test cases according to the requirement specification (BRS or SRS)
Performing testing according to defined scenarios and cases
Create and maintain automation tests and libraries
Ensure the effective implementation of tests and testing strategies
Helps to ensure that delivered functionality adheres to non-functional requirements by executing tests targeted to these business values (stability, performance, error handling, etc.)
Report test results to the team regarding depth and overall coverage of testing
Provide feedback on quality and consistency of requirements and specifications (testability of requirements, usability of user interface, more accurate effort estimations, etc.)
Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis and ensure that post-mortems are systematically documented and acted upon
