You are an experienced JS developer driven to grow and expand your field of expertise. You’ve spent several years protecting the code quality and building amazing things. Now you want to expand your skillset even further turning concepts into experiments to beat our original versions running on a multitude of industry leading online casino brands, directly impacting our product development.

Your tasks:
• Development of a multitude of industry leading and emerging online casino websites
• Improve our online casino experiences measurably and ensure flawless tracking of success metrics and custom events
• Work closely with stakeholders to turn requirements, concepts and ideas into testable and reliable experiments
• Achieve high quality experiments and share your knowledge by collaborating with other developers and testers (code reviews, pair programming)
• Shape our front-end development environment in ways you deem necessary to deliver code effectively and efficiently
• Challenge, critique and contribute to current experimentation projects
• Lead discussions relative to the future direction of front-end development practices related to our conversion rate optimization efforts

• You’ve got at least 5 years of experience developing web apps in cross-functional teams
• Focus on quality, because you know of no other way
• Know how things work “under the hood”
• Experience integrating with Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager or similar products
• You identify with a build, measure & learn mindset
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills with a strong work ethic
• Fluent in English and JavaScript and potentially speak TypeScript as well
• Team player
• Optional: Experience implementing A/B or multivariate tests with tools such as Maxymiser, Optimizely, or Google Optimize
• Optional: Intermediate understanding of statistics

• Establish relationships and collaborate with the Conversion Rate Optimization team in Slovakia as well as the Product Design & User Research team in Austria
• Familiarize yourself with Greentube as an organization and its products, key metrics, tools and processes
• Further build our development environment to let you excel at what you do best: Producing and delivering high quality experiments consistently
• Achieve the launch of a first A/B or multivariate experiment with the support of the team in Bratislava and Vienna
Within three months we expect you to
• Implement and launch multiple experiments every month, based on Angular 9+, that are integrated flawlessly with Google Analytics to ensure the correct tracking of key metrics and events
• Regularly communicate with the development teams whose code you are changing when launching A/B or multivariate tests
• Achieve high code quality by using proven methods such as code reviews and pair programming
• Strengthen and broaden your working relationships with key stakeholders in Greentube such as product managers, designers, developers and marketing experts
• Build a better understanding of our products and their features, key user journeys and our design and research practices
Within 6 months we expect you to
• Implement various ideas from low to high complexity effortlessly
• Increase the number of your released experiments without sacrificing quality to a sustainable, impressive level
• Refine and improve your workflows and processes based on your own observations and received feedback
