Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for an experienced and driven Front-end Developer to join our Conversion Rate Optimization team in Bratislava, Slovakia. You will work on a multitude of industry leading and emerging online casino brands for web . You will turn concepts into A/B or multivariate tests to beat our original versions. You will be reporting to the Lead of the Conversion Rate Optimization team located in Vienna, Austria.
Your responsibilities
• Help to measurably improve our online casino experiences
• Work closely with stakeholders to turn requirements, concepts and ideas into testable and reliable experiments in the form of HTML/CSS/JS code
• Ensure flawless tracking of an experiment’s success metrics and custom events
• Achieve high quality experiments and share your knowledge by collaborating with other developers and testers (code reviews, pair programming)
• Shape our front-end development environment in ways you deem necessary to deliver code effectively and efficiently
• Challenge, critique and contribute to current conversion rate optimization projects
• Lead discussions relative to the future direction of front-end development practices related to our conversion rate optimization efforts

• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills with a strong work ethic

• Intermediate understanding of statistics (mean vs. average, statistical variance, etc.) is a plus
