International Junior Sales Manager is responsible for the sales of AdBlue and other products used to reduce NOx emissions in local and export markets with focus on Austria
Job description, responsibilities and duties:
Responsibilities
• Follow sales strategy and maintain and improve customer portfolio/identity sales opportunities
• Manage distribution channel
• Solving of customer and commercial problems
• Preparation of contracts
• Provide Sales and Executive management with accounts updates, sales forecast and plan, etc
• Tendering process
• Pricing
• Analysis of competitors’ activities/gather market information from multiple sources, to analyze competition and consumer/market trends
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Represent the goodwill of our company, customer and environmentally friendly attitude
• Work closely with Logistic department to satisfy customer needs
• Work cross-functionally to optimize results
Performance measurement
• On time delivery of communication tools (newsletter, posts)
• Use of the CRM system and quality of the data
• Quantity and quality of the report made to the different key users
Reporting line
The Sales account manager will report directly to the Export Sales and development manager.

• Excellent in commercial negotiations and highly adept at capitalizing on business opportunities through client relationship management, and key account management strategies

• Strong communication skills, delivered through presentation, written and verbally
• Ability to work independently and in Teams
