Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Develop and manage the company Quality Management System (ISO Certificated 9001 and 14001)
• Test the current QMS system and pass it to the new ISO requirements
• Organize and follow up the official ISO audits making process descriptions and flowcharts Solve and administrate non-conformities
• Monthly reports to TQP manager and company board
• Advise in processes and project development
• Internal and external audits when needed in an efficient way
• Introduce and lead a methodology for CI
• Understand and analyze business processes, and cooperate closely with the business areas to improve procedures
• Apply knowledge of quality management methodologies (e.g. KPI reporting, management systems, quality tools)
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
