Job description, responsibilities and duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of operations coordinators handling relations with suppliers, resolving quality issues, planning the activities for the tour groups before the season start in pursuit of our company’s excellence goals.

• Buying & Contracting vendors
• Book and confirm all ground services prior to season
• Create Tourbank Templates before season starts in cooperation with Accounts Payable and Regional Finance Manager
• Prepare & Finalize Operations part of the Program Director packages
• Hotel Advising – sending to hotels 90 Days Status Updates
• Follow up on weekly reports of Count Notes
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy if requested by Accounts Payable and Regional Finance Manager
• Creation of file of vendor actions for Quality Action Plan for products based on Traveler Surveys, Program Director Feedback
• Support Program Services Manager hiring and training Local Guides according to Values/Skills and commitment to Local Guides Roles & Goals
• Drive deviations (high water/low water, mechanical, nautical) in coordination with Ship Operations and Quality Team
• Cooperation with nautical department and hospitality team to resolve issues
• Ensure of accuracy of all trip materials (Web/Lasers, D2D, THB, etc.) in cooperation with Program Services Manager
• Program Services updates via Newsletter on monthly basis
• Oversee and Cover for Land operations coordinator/s
