Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an automotive industry enthusiast to join our small but dynamic team based in Bratislava.

Field Support Aftersales Manager Slovakia primarily covers the following areas in his agenda:
- Ensures fulfilment of Aftersales KPI’s;
- Ensures Customer Quality Leadership within Dealers Network;
-Prepares an annual plan for Parts, Accessories and Loyalty products sales;
- Actively leads and ensures annual sales plan achievement;
-Drives Dealers Network performance across a number of KPIs:
o Parts & Accessories turnover and profit;
o Parts & Accessories programs and commercial actions deployment;
o Loyalty products etc.
- Tracks and influences progression towards monthly / quarterly business achievements vs targets;
-Communicates new Program, Product and Campaign launches;
-Develops and implements Marketing Plans with each dealer to maximize the sales opportunities;
-Recall / Service campaign dealer communication and follow-up;
-Supports the implementation of various Aftersales business improvement programs;
-Checks number, quality and usage of courtesy cars;
- Keeps contact with all levels of Dealer's structure; be able to consult with the senior management and Aftersales service team of the dealer and act there as an efficient business consultant of Aftersales function.
