Job description, responsibilities and duties

In this role, you have the opportunity to

work on the cutting edge of Healthcare IT and technology in a fast growing, dynamic international organization. As the new Quotation and Lifecycle Manager – CardioVascular Informatics Europe, you will be part of a team delivering advanced Medical Informatics solutions to hospitals and your main focus will be Cardiology. In this role you will have a unique possibility to become a recognized expert and to make an important impact by helping our customers become more successful and knowledgeable.


You are responsible for

  • Advise customers, sales and contract managers on CVI projects regarding the design of quotations and service contracts.
    • Prepare technical details for quotations/orders.
    • Create Quotations/offers.
    • Prepare technical details for quotations/orders for service contracts.
    • Create CSA contract offers.
  • Monitor and adjust the contract portfolio ("Service Catalogue") in collaboration with Prof. Service, Support and the Remote Center
    • Explaining the portfolio to internal and external customers
    • Designing and maintaining the relevant templates and documents
    • Define pricing in coordination with the Account Manager CVI, Modality Sales Specialist CVI and the Manager Support CVI RoW
  • Monitor CVI Installed Base Lifecycle for sales opportunities and realize these as sales activities in consultation with the responsible Business Manager.
  • Analyze business processes in the CVI Customer Service area, initiate process optimizations in consultation with the Support CVI RoW Manager if necessary.
  • Monitor the profitability of customer service agreements and initiate corrective measures if necessary.
  • Create service concepts with external suppliers.
  • Implement and continuously maintain characteristics of the services to be provided by external CVI suppliers in the form of service level agreements.
  • Develop and track service offers for services & hardware.
  • Participate in global CVI S&SD improvement projects (if required).
  • When preparing offers for soft- and/or hardware replacement, services and service contracts, the Lifecycle Management Specialist CVI must comply with Philips guidelines such as stop margins in coordination with the Line Manager orSupport CVI RoWManager if necessary.
  • The initiation of process optimizations must be coordinated with theSupport CVI RoWManager.
  • Improvement projects to be processed are proposed by the Lifecycle Management Specialist CVI; implementation is carried out after consultation and approval with theSupport CVI RoWManager. Within this project, the Lifecycle Management Specialist CVI decides on the implementation and is supported in this by theSupport CVI RoWManager.

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Business Administration or similar

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • A degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Minimum of 3 years in Contract/Lifecycle Management
  • Ideally experience with Salesforce.com, ServiceMax, PSA or ServiceNow
  • Very good knowledge of customer requirements in Healthcare IT service
  • Experience and knowledge in the design and negotiation of healthcare IT service contracts and offers
  • Very good IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP)
  • Experience in IT customer service
  • ITILv3 or ITIL 4 certification, at least Foundation level
  • Independent prioritization and work planning
  • Customer-oriented communication, appearance and actions
  • Fluent in English, German or a 3rdEuropean language
