Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• As an experienced Citrix expert you support DevOps team and participate in the development, implementation and improvement of products
• You are responsible for Citrix virtualization projects (Citrix XenApp, Citrix XenDesktop) and plan and implement the corresponding infrastructure solutions from Microsoft (Remote Desktop Services and Windows applications) together with partners
• You support partners in the 3rd level/manufacturer support by problem analysis and troubleshooting
• You will support the development team in the automated deployment of Workplace technologies in cloud (Microsoft Azure) and on-premises environments
• You will work on the expansion and optimization of DevOps operating model

Personality requirements and skills
• A completed IT training or otherwise acquired and comparable knowledge
• Strong experience in the IT industry, ideally in the area of desktop virtualization or digital workplace
• Manufacturer certifications Citrix (CCA, CCEE or CCIA) and Microsoft (MCITP) are desired
• Experience in the implementation of Citrix and Microsoft products and can implement these solutions in projects
• Scripting knowledge of PowerShell is an advantage
• Experience in using Microsoft Configuration Manager is an advantage
• Ability to communicate complex topics effectively and to handle sensitive customer situations
• Work in a partner-focused manner, have a deep understanding of partners' needs, can make recommendations and implement them effectively
• Fluent written and spoken German/English
• Strong experience in the IT industry, ideally in the area of desktop virtualization or digital workplace
