Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for enthusiastic colleague, who will support our sales team and cooperate on challenging tasks. You will be part of young and dynamic sales team, who sells our fast 3D scanners with industry best sensors and our software systems.

Your day would look like:
Communication with Sales managers regarding orders, updating scanner database, processing orders with production department. Communication with clients. Working with CRM system, updating data. Preparing reports to VP of Sales, occasionally preparing presentations. And daily cooperation with sales professionals.

Tasks and responsibilities:

* CRM+ERP administrator (administering price lists, prioritizing orders, etc.) and issues detection and problem solving in cooperation with the outsourced company
*“Scanner librarian” - Keeping control over database and documents related to movement of scanners (potentially, helping with checking the inventory - internal scanners used for feasibility studies and demo units)
* Preparing sales reports
* Processing orders and communication with production department
* Preparing and updating sales presentations
* Communication with clients and internal departments
* Administration of certification process for our products
* Ad hoc administrative sales- and marketing-related support

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

English - Advanced (C1) and German - Beginner (A1)

Personality requirements and skills

English - upper-intermediate, German language is an advantage
