Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for people to manage CRM / mobility projects of our customers on the technical level with a strong overlap into the business side.
This role requires an individual with experience in analysis and description of business processes and their translation into IT requirements. You will act as the interpreter between the worlds of IT and business.
The consultants in this role use their background in IT (administration, consulting or development) to analyze requirements of a specific client project and propose feasible solutions and action plans, prepare demonstrations and proof of concepts as well as handle all incoming questions regarding the technology. They will ensure that the solutions are implemented according to recommendations and provide fixes to the identified defects to drive the business opportunities forward.
Additionally they will use their communication skills to articulate the technical aspects of the solution internally as well to third parties via online activities or conferences.
