You will be responsible for receiving customer queries, leading to a quick and complete resolution to maintain high level of satisfaction with our hardware and software products.
Your daily job will look like:
Monitoring support mailbox
Resolving customer queries
Involving the software engineers to participate on resolution
Categorization of customer queries for further analyses
Translating repetitive customer issues to further software improvements
Updating customer on the progress of resolution
Tracking support team SLA
Remote assistance
