- Follow and enforce H%26S regulations, fire protection and environmental protection in the plant supporting the peer management team, with personal responsibility for the local finance department.
- Leading, managing and developing the local finance team, processes and systems
- Providing strategic recommendations to the GM and Group management on long-term business, financial planning
- Managing the processes for finance activities, financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting,
- Overseeing the preparation and elaboration of all financial reporting and analysis for ways to reduce cost
- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company
- Consult stakeholders across the entire organization to identify business and technology needs in reporting of financial figures
- Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Establishing and developing relations with Group senior management and external partners and stakeholders
- Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures and ensuring compliance with international standards and local legislation referring to local finance organization and within local entity FS results

Požadujeme:

Uvítame kandidátov, ktorí spĺňajú nasledujúce požiadavky:

- M.A. degree in the finance/accounting/controlling field
- IFRS accounting principles, controlling activities within FP%26A area
- more than 5 years experience in Finance management and controlling activities
- Language skills: fluent English,
