An international company is looking for talented people who have a passion for delivering outstanding service for its clientele! You can imagine this role as business coordinator! You will participate in the following interesting activities:
- Daily communication in GERMAN and ENGLISH with managers from all over the world
- Managing flow of the business processes
- Data analyzing, data reporting, data managing in internal system
- Working with general agreements of international clients (checking the data, processing all needed information from another departments to the agreements)
- Regular reporting activities
- Actively participating on meeting

Requirements
You are suitable candidate if:
- You have an active knowledge of GERMAN and ENGLISH language (level B2 or C1)
- You have successfully completed university (economic specialisation is a HUGE advantage)
- You have already worked in the field of administration for at least 6 months
- You are a team player with an analytical mind-set
- You are an experienced user of MS Office, especially Excel
