Main responsibilities of the team are:
- Updating guidelines related to underwriting processes across the company
- Coming up with proposals to improve and make the processes more effective
- Valuating the content of the underwriting standards
- Reporting and presenting action plans to Chief officer and to other executives

We will consider you for the position if you have:

- More than 5 years of experience in underwriting
- Excellent knowledge of English – C1 advanced
- Professional presentation – active communication with managing directors
- Motivation to become an expert not manager
