Payments specialist with german language in new business centre

Are you more of an "administrative person" and active communication is not something you are looking for? Then this processing position in a newly opened business centre in Bratislava is waiting for you!

Your main tasks will be:
- Processing of orders and claims in the internal systems
- Checking whether payments from suppliers and clients arrived on time
- Controlling of correctness and accuracy of data in the system
- Screening of accounts
- Communication with teams internally
- Using languages on a daily basis- mainly in a written form


If you think you would enjoy those tasks and you fulfill the requirements, please sent us your CV:

- Advanced level of English and German (B2) as you will communicate with your colleagues daily
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel- basic orientation in the program and ability to use basic functions or create tables
- Economic background- finished business academy or university is a huge advantage
- Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Administrative experience is a plus

There is also a possibility of a more senior position and in order to be considered for this position, you need to have at least one year of experience on a similar position.
