Versatile accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a senior accountant will be working in a smaller team of 7 people and will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Entity’s non-technical accounting, controlling and reporting
- Making sure that all parts of accounting are meeting their deadlines and are accurate
- Supporting financial controlling of given entities (AP, AR, reconciliation)
- Communicating the situation and results to management
- Supporting audit team and financial projects
- Coming up with process efficiency improvements
- Various ad hoc tasks depending on the requirements and needs of the team

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounting or Financial Reporting
- Advanced knowledge of accounting policies and frameworks
- Experience in complex accountancy or GL accountancy
- Advanced level of English (C1) is a must as communication in this language is necessary on daily basis both in written and spoken form
- University degree or qualification in Accounting, Finance and Audit
- Experience with US GAAP, IFRS and SAP is an advantage
- Advanced level of MS Office
