Application Administrator Windows

- Application administrator for applications – windows based – Retail
applications (TP.NET), Monitoring platform (Linux based).
- II/ III-Level Support regarding ICT and Applications (Backend, Branch/ Store, Incident/ Problem/
Change/ Release/
- Branch/ Store
- Incident/ Problem/ Change/ Release/ Configuration Mgmt.
- III-Level Planning & Solving Group
- Configuration Mgmt.), III-Level Planning & Solving Group
- Overall responsible for the Incident management process for applications and application servers
- Operation of: 1. Retail Applications, 2. Middleware (XML Gateway, Load
Balancer, ActiveMQ, Tivoli ..)
- Delivery of complex nonstandard orders (special reports for customers, etc.)
- Control and Management of: Job's (Batch, Backup, Archive, Journals, Log's, …), Data
Management Interface's (sftp, e-Mail, scheduling, control, …)
- Support of EUHD: Know error documentation, Providing of Tools

Ability to communicate in English language (speak, read, write) and very good communication
skills.
- Advanced Windows knowledge, Professional education in Computer Science, Information
Technology
- Powershell and Bash Scripting
- MS SQL
- Knowledge of vb.net and c# is advantage
- Application Operation & Interface
- Basic Network/FW understanding (TCP/IP)
- Experience in ICT services in large organization
- Experience in ITSM according to ITIL
- Windows Command Line
- Basic Linux knowledge, Oracle (For monitoring platform).
- Proactive approach to problems
- Ability to catch the data for design improvement
- Ability to work independently and also as Team player
- Driving tasks through entire process flow (organize and drive meetings, oversee to task assigned to other departments)
