Project Operation Specialist

This position covers the following tasks:

- Participation on Finance transformation program
- Regular reporting, controlling and budgeting activities
- Support to the Head of Finance and Operations and reassurance that ongoing projects are in smooth process and will be delivered on time – project monitoring
- Special projects support to the CFO Group Operations
- Acquisition and implementation of certain policies
- Occasional travels to Zurich (approximately 3 times a year)
- Ad hoc tasks depending on the particular project

Requirements for a suitable candidate:

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in finance governance, audit or consultancy
- University education in the area of Finance, Economics or similar
- Advanced level of English
- Excellent social, interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for profession attitude
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
