- Mediator between customer and Service Delivery Management
- Responsible for delivery of agreed services
- Responsible for KPIs, SLAs and OLAs of the service
- Responsible for service chains of service
- Responsible for technical content
- Performance and quality monitoring
- Defining requirement for the Technical Team
- Process improvement proposition and implementation
- Creating budgets
- Reviewing financial data
- Improving financial effectiveness of the service chain
- Customer support
- Reporting to the Service Delivery Management


- IT education or good IT overview
- Fluent in English language and
- Fluent in German language
- Relevant experience: at least 3 years
- Experience with management is an advantage
- Strong soft skills
- Ability to take responsibility
- Flexibility
- Personality driven by results
- Stress resistance
- Teamplayer


Salary: 1000 € as guaranteed minimum (varies depending on experience of candidate) + variable part and benefits
