Project Manager

- Managing virtual project teams
- Strategic and conceptual planning
- Independently implementing process improvements like simplification, standardization, transformation, automation
- Applying the knowledge of processes and standards within given area
- Working with internal corporate teams to ensure project implementation and applying solutions to business environment
- Communication with external suppliers, acquisition of new ones
- Responsible for meeting the project deadlines
- Responsible for delivering results according to the SLAs and other goals
- Reporting to management

- General overview of IT
- Fluent English language
- Another foreign language is an advantage
- IT or SSC experience
- Multicultural working environment experience
- 2-3 years of experience with project management
- Project management methodology (ITIL, PMP, Prince2)
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Business aptitude is an advantage
- Strong soft skills: communication, negotiation
- Stress resistance
- Willingness to travel
