Tech-savvy DevOps Engineer, Kosice

We are looking for someone who is passionate about DevOps, Continuous integration and Deployment. You will work closely together with our application development teams to build, test, release and deploy applications. Helping automate and streamline our operations and processes. Build and maintain tools for deployment, testing, monitoring and operations. And troubleshoot and resolve issues in our dev, test and production

- Configuration and maintenance of development environments ( VM Linux RedHat, Tomcat, Weblogic, JVM 8, Pupper, Mercurial repository, SFTP, Jenkins and more)
- Implementation of Bash ans SQL scripts
- Configuration of Jenkins Jobs
- Environment monitoring, errors tracking
- Reponsibility for technical documentation in Confluence
- Releases preparation, implementation of Automated Realease process
- Colaboration with Application Engineers, SW engineers and other Scrum Teams members
- Supporting in agile development environment

- Experience from working with configuration management and infrastructure as code.
- Understanding of practices related to development of automated release platform
- Experience with designing, implementing and managing CI/CD platforms.
- Experience with SCM (mercurial/git), CI tools (jenkins)
- Strong Windows or Linux/Unix knowledge
- Experience with administration of application servers Tomcat and Weblogic
- Experience with Puppet or Docker is a plus
- Knowledge about HTTP, REST, XML, JSON and web applications is welcome
- Wiremock is and advantage
- Strong team collaborative skills
- Self driven individual who can be responsive to the needs of the dev teams
- Experience with surrounding concepts, gitbranching strategy, version management, release lifecycle, build process & automated testing
