Quality manager

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company as a QUALITY MANAGER.

Your mainly task include:

- Establish standards and procedures, organize and supervise tests to control raw materials (supplier quality management), products in process and finished products to their conformity with product quality specifications
- Determine actions in cases of non-conformity to ensure that all products shipped to customers meet customer quality requirements
- Analyze quality complaints from customers and implement appropriate actions to prevent recurrence of the complaint
- Implement robust systems to qualify new vendors and runs regular audits to maintain a high quality suppliers base
- Cooperation with the QM of mother company
- Ensure constant awareness of quality standards in production and provide ad-hoc training when/if required
- Participate on day-to-day quality management
- Participate on PD, KPI’s, P&L and forecasting process
- Lead Quality and Laboratory team
- Develop Quality systems and procedures towards quality standards

- University degree in management or technical orientation - must have
- 3-5 years experience in quality role in production in quality area - must have
- At least 2 years in management leadership position - must havet
- Experience in plastic production- big advantage
- Fluent English language- must have
- MS Office package
- Knowledge in production
- Deep knowledge of quality MS 9001:20001 TS 16949 - must have
- Process orientation
- Leadership skills, Continuos imprevement skills
- Active, flexible
