Program Manager / Lead Project Manager in TC business

Our client offers you the opportunity to prove yourself and demonstrate your skills as a Program Manager / Senior Project Manager, field of Telecommunication businesss:

- Manage all entrusted projects
- Manage, support and advise all Project Managers
- Advising executive management (program sponsors) on strategic business matters in connection with the relevant projects
- Program initialization (acquisition, scoping, prioritization, business case, conditions, costs, deliverables)
- Program planning (Time, Cost, Quality, Resource, Program Organization, Communication, - Stakeholder, Architecture and Risk management)
- Program closure (Scope and Business case evaluation, Lessons learned)
- Budget responsible
- Manage about 20 people directly
- Responsibility for planning and controlling technological and human resources in larger projects
- Implementation of best practice approaches to improve the project management performance
- Evaluation of proposals and solution concepts
- Advice to management in strategic matters and develops the business area

- Fluent English, German is an advantage
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology and ICT business
- Project management (PMI preferred) with at least one certificate (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or IPMA C or B)
- About 10 years of experience as Project Manager
- At least 5 years of experience within ICT business
- Excellent skills in the following fields: leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, stakeholders management, risk & change management, crisis management, listening, problem solving
- Excellent capabilities in managing and coaching of Project managers involved in the project
- Excellent knowledge and profound experience in three TC portfolio related types
