IT Manager with German Language

- IT Process and Service Delivery: Maintain relationships, operationally manage critical situations and solve common escalations
- Quality Assurance : Deliver services/solutions to clients in agreed quality
- Budgets and Finances : Provide inputs to financial and other business plans and effectively coordinate assigned resources
- People Management : Motivate and develop people in own team

What we require:

- University degree
- Experience with leading at least 10 people
- Experience gained in IT environment is a BIG plus
- Project management experience is beneficial
- Advanced English and German language is a MUST
- Ability to opperationally manage critical situations and solve common escalations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced time management
