Junior SW Test Manager (with German language)

Responsibilities

- Define the scope of the necessary test in consultation with the customer and project team
- Ensure that all test activities are performed in accordance with the test strategy
- Help to design, prepare, implement Testing strategies, in order to get desired quality of SW
- Plan and set up meetings to discuss test-related aspects
- Resource management (allocation, monitoring, motivating)
- Preparation/review of test plans
- Preparation/review of test reports

Required skills:
- Role is suitable for fresh graduates with solid IT background
- Practical experience with SW Testing is a big plus
- To be fluent in German language, English is a big plus
- Celver and smart individual who is good at coordination and communication
- Basic knowledge in test automation and non-functional testing
- Knowledge of the most common test and test automation tools
- Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking and goal-oriented personality
