Deputy plant manager

Currently we are looking for an experienced candidate to fullfil a challenging role of PLANT MANAGER/PRODUCTION MANAGER.

We require a true leader with challenge for covering operation issues in TIER 1 automotive company.
He will be responsible for managing production, maintenance, quality, logistic department.

Main responsibilities:

- Close collaboration and reporting to the management at headquarters
- Responsibility for establishing the production structures, hiring and purposefully managing employees
- Responsibility for all planning activities within production, maintenance, logistic, quality
- Control of all operational processes
- Implementation processes within production and production monitoring
- Leading production efficiency
- Keep the team motivated

- University degree - preferably technical education
- Professional experience of minimal 2 years in a comparable position, preferably in an international - automotive environment
- Qualities and skills required in modern management
- Experience with production, quality, customer service, engineering, HR and Healh ans Safety
- Order and self-discipline
- Strategic thinking ans hardworking individual
- Fluent English and Slovak speaking
