Automation Process Engineer

- Responsible for automation and development under local plant as a centre of excellence (CoE) also globally for all plants worldwide BPC-Mex, BPC-Tai
- Project + Supplier management background, skills & experience
- Close cooperation with designer on new technological & automation solutions proposals
- Responsible for CI for automation and machining
- Responsible for C/T & OEE improvements at automation and machining
- Willing to travel and visit suppliers and between our locations to implement/install/support new automation and machining solutions

- Knowledge of pneumatic systems
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems
- Knowledge of visual control system (cognex, baumer, sick ...)
- Knowledge of robotics (staubli, kuka, fanuc, daihen, panasonic, mitsubishi)
- Basic knowledge of PLC (siemens, omron, mitsubishi, beckhoff ...)
- Knowledge of sensors
- Knowledge of HMI systems
- Setting and programming of lasers (trump, datalogic)
- Technical thinking
- Fluent command of English
- Analytical and independent work
- Teamwork
- Automotive background
