Senior Service Engineer

- Creation and updating of content for supporting remote and on-site service activities in UPS business
- Approval of content prior to transfer into system
- Communication of identified product issues to Quality and R&D
- Occasional on-site support for complex technical issues
- Level 2.5 remote support
- Panning and conducting of trainings for level 2 and ASPs
- Support of trainings for level 1
- Creation and maintenance of service related NPI documents such as spare parts list and definition of tooling
- Product design improvement support
- Participation in global projects and solutions development activates

- University degree in electrical engineering in Power and infrastructure solutions
- Experience in UPS field of business
- Excellent communication skills
- Structured and persistent working style
- Fluent English language skills
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Willingness to travel
