Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Ensure product complience to Customer specifications and quality standards
• Quality management of process to ensure complience to released procedures
• Support and improvement of process control methodologies including in-process control and “out of box” inspection
• Main Customer interface for product quality
• Customer’s complaint management (8D methodology, including the implementation of containments, root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions) and after sales service
• Quality Technicians supervision, skills development
• Active participation in new product launches
• Quality management of process to ensure complience to released procedures
