Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Responsibility for coordinating activities related to production material supplies
- Active cooperation with suppliers - process supervision, corrective measures and setting action plans, negotiating delivery dates and conditions with suppliers
- Coordination of activities related to the overhead material and services
- Close cooperation with production planning and production
- Analyzing and solving problems in order to improve process efficiency
- Sending a purchase order to the supplier based on information from the NAV system
- Ordering supplies and overheads
- Complaints handling
- Stock analysis
- Sending forecasts to suppliers on a weekly basis
- BOM costing, pricing of prototype products
- Responsibility for updating master data in the ERP system
