• Support for plant manager connected with operational and technical measures for the SK manufacturing facility
• Improvements in productivity and capacity-building measures until achieve Group-Standards
• Focus for operational and strategic goals with the existing team in Gotec SK
• Intensive training incl. travelling within Gotec-Group

In addition, we expect from you:

• Completed technical training or technical studies
• Experience in the serial production for the Automotive Industry, Experience in the Coating Industry as advantage
• Leading Experience in the Automotive Industry production or maintenance as an advantage
• Development and implementation of measures for productivity and productivity capacity increase
• Flexible person with the strong focusing to reach the targets
• Well communication and organization skills
• Good English knowledge in spoken and written
