PLC Engineer (Automotive)

• Ensuring high operational readiness of production and auxiliary equipment, with a focus on ergonomics and cost-efficiency.
• Addressing systemic issues, analyzing recurring faults, and developing fault-resolution algorithms.
• Participating in software modifications of machines and adjustments to individual mechanical components.
• Carrying out electrical inspections when required and performing predictive maintenance based on needs.
• Conducting maintenance and repair tasks with an emphasis on quality, performance, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to deadlines—always prioritizing occupational safety rules.
• Diagnosing malfunctions and their root causes, repairing equipment, and verifying the effectiveness of both own and colleagues’ repairs.
• Proactively identifying potential issues and taking steps to eliminate them.
• Ensuring all work activities comply with company quality processes and safety regulations, taking corrective actions in case of deviations, and monitoring their effectiveness.
• Continuously improving professional practices, including the use of tools, materials, and equipment, in line with safety regulations, economic efficiency, and set deadlines.
• Providing consultation to planning teams during project implementation, supporting the installation and commissioning of production and support equipment.
• Facilitating the sharing and transfer of information, and providing technical training to colleagues based on current needs.
