Your responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Hardware Design Engineer with a strong background in electronics design and project coordination. This is a combined role suitable for someone who not only enjoys hands-on hardware development but also has leadership ambition and coordination skills.
You will:
Lead and coordinate a small team of hardware developers and testers
Design and develop complex electronic circuits and systems, including analog and digital components
Take responsibility for the complete HW development cycle – from concept and schematics to validation and production support
Ensure compliance with relevant automotive standards and customer specifications
Actively participate in reviews, design validations, and cross-functional meetings
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in English (customers, suppliers, project managers)
Contribute to planning, workload balancing, and technical mentoring of junior colleagues
Cooperate closely with the software, mechanical, and testing departments

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field
Several years of experience in hardware development of electronic components or systems (ideally in automotive or industrial environment)
Proven leadership or coordination experience – whether as a project lead, team lead or senior mentor
Familiarity with hardware development tools and simulation environments
Understanding of EMC, signal integrity, safety and reliability aspects in HW design
Knowledge of automotive quality standards (e.g., ISO 26262, ASPICE) is an advantage
Communicative level of English (both written and spoken) is a must
Proactive, technically driven mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team
