Production manager

️ As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising production activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency targets are met. You will lead the team  to achieve excellent results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and develop production teams to achieve daily and long-term goals

• Plan and manage production schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources

• Monitor production processes and adjust workflows as needed to meet targets

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with other departments

• Report production results and performance indicators to management

• Act as a role model for teamwork, accountability, and professionalism

• Previous experience in a leadership role within a production/manufacturing environment

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and resolve conflicts effectively

• Basic technical understanding of production processes

• Focus on results, quality, and safety

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) – SAP or other ERP system knowledge is a plus
