Your tasks include:

• Ensure material availbaility for production

• Daily communication with suppliers and production regarding material supply
• Managing and evaluating inventory levels within the assigned area to achieve set goals
• Confirm and enter orders into SAP for both direct and indirect materials
• Negotiate and implement Kanban systems with suppliers
• Monitor IMAG and define action plans to optimize inventory
• Identify and define causes of inventory discrepancies and propose corrective measures
• Fill in and update information critical to logistics in the SAP information system
• Set reorder levels and order quantities
• Manage and update the material logistics system (Kanban, MRP system)
• Ensure adherence to Kanban rules in assigned production areas (material labeling, Kanban cards)
• Monitor and manage open purchase orders, adjust delivery schedules according to production needs
  
• Perform work duties with consideration for environmental protection
