Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Act as the main contact for managing IT security products and solutions.
- Offer advice and support to plant IT and assembly line staff using local security solutions.
- Customize algorithms in security products to meet regulatory and OEM requirements using Software Development Kits.
- Provide system administration and operational support for security solutions.
- Guide OT engineers in implementing security solutions for Operational Technology.
- Collaborate with Product Security Engineers and the Cybersecurity team to develop security products.
- Ensure that standardized security processes and procedures are implemented across plant divisions for global security solutions.

Personality requirements and skills
- Proficiency in various frameworks and regulations like ISO 21434, ISO 27001/2, NIST 800-53, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, TISAX, etc.
- Basic programming skills and hands-on experience with scripting languages like PowerShell.
- Proficient in Windows/Linux server administration.
- Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP), server/web development, hosting, and data hosting companies.
- Familiarity with JTAG testing, key insertion, and ECU/TCU (Engine Control Unit/Transmission Control Unit).
- Over 3 years of experience in IT system and network administration, along with encryption/cryptologic expertise.
- Accredited IT and Security certifications are advantageous, including web development certifications, Microsoft and Linux certifications.
- Experience with Hardware Security Module (e.g., Utimaco) technology.
