Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
▪ leading team of launch managers and engineers
▪ management of leading team for project from start to serial production
▪ participate in APQP activities for all new product launches for business segment
▪ coordinate the exchange of technical information regarding product and product processing with adequate safeguards for confidentiality
▪ responsbility for management of creating and maintaining Project Master plan
▪ communication and presenting progress to customer OEM
▪ problem solve and deal effectively with conflicts and roadblocks, escalating as required. Identifying and communicating risks efficiently, to avoid impact to project deliverables.
▪ manage regular project update meeting with project team members
▪ manage all cost and profitability, plan and lead improvement activity
▪ budgeting
