As an HR Specialist, you'll use your creativity and resourcefulness to attract top candidates and ensure a seamless hiring process from start to finish. You'll be the go-to person for all things HR-related, making sure the employees of our client feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.



Your responsibilities:

- Lead the recruitment process for blue-collar positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making offers.

- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including leveraging social media, networking events, and community partnerships.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to meet those needs.

- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and providing support and guidance as needed.

- Manage the employee life cycle administration, including performance evaluations, training and development initiatives, and HR documentation.

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the employee experience.

- Processing of employee attendance and close cooperation with payroll
