• Lead and execute the internal audit process according to established schedules and procedures.
• Manage the external audit process.
• Drive robust investigation of audit observations, develop comprehensive action plans, and ensure alignment of non-conformance ratings.
• Provide leadership and strategic guidance on quality compliance issues at the site level.
• Ensure periodic evaluation and auditing of the Quality Management System, initiating corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
  
• Collaborate with site leaders to assess gaps and define action plans related to internal audit findings.
• Analyze audit data for systemic trends, drive compliance, and recommend improvements.
  
• Contribute to the development of corporate training materials for internal audit programs and compliance education.
• Coach and train internal auditors on audit methodologies and quality compliance standards.
• Stay updated on current regulatory requirements and standards.
  
• Ensure sites are prepared for regulatory inspections through compliance activities, assessments, and consultation.
• Maintain a state of permanent inspection readiness using established tools and processes.
  
• Lead Gemba walks and readiness activities to ensure continuous improvement in compliance readiness.
