Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager in agriculture to oversee and lead the sales and operational activities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the agricultural industry and a passion for driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners and authorities
- Lead a team of soil samplers and operators - providing guidance, support as needed and delegating tasks
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Monitor and report on sales performance
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and industry regulations
- Providing consultancy on fertilization plans based on soil sampling analysis
- Hybrid work model

- Bachelor's or Master´s degree in Agriculture or Agrochemistry
- Proven experience in sales and operations management within the agricultural industry
- Fluent English AND Hungarian
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Ability to travel
