Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Overseeing the financial activities of the company
- Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and standards
- Managing the day-to-day accounting operations
- Preparing financial statemens and reports
- Analysing financial data
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end close processes
- Interacting with auditors, tax authorities and other external stakeholders as needed
- Staying up-to-date on accouting regulations and best practises
