WE ARE HIRING EXPERIENCED BUYER !

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Participating in NEW Product Development - in terms of material planning and operational purchasing
  • Ensuring on time delivery of material of appropriate quality and quantity to meet requrements of NEW Product development requirements
  • Monitoring inventory level of material neccessary for smoothly running NEW Product development process
  • Advanced MS Excel planning of material
  • Processing purchase orders and tracking deliveries
  • Participation in New Product development review meetings
  • Reporting about status of material requirements, deliveries, inventory etc.
  • Close cooperation with sourcing manager
  • Cooperation on creating new procurement strategies
  • Processing RFI, RFQ
  • Manage competition between suppliers, supplier evaluation and selection process
  • Participating in business review meetings with assigned suppliers
  • Prediction of potential risks and supply issues, suggestion corrective actions and escalation to NEW Product development project team
  • Cooperation on transition of NEW Product from development to serial production
  • Master Data management in SAP
  • Communication with internal (including Global Procurement) as well as external partners

University education (Bachelor's degree)
