Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for self-driven junior logistic specialist. The position is suitable also for graduates. If you have experience with AutoCAD, basic overview about logistics, active English and willingness to learn, we want to know you.
Your tasks:
Your tasks:
- Cooperation with central packaging deparment as well as with production, quality, purchasing and HSE department
- Communication with external suppliers of packaging solutions
- Analysis of packaging requests and cost calculations
- Creating purchase requests
- Communication with customers, updating data on customer portals, solving issues with packagings etc.
- Maintain data about packagings in SAP, annual inventories, reporting
- Follow internal rules and policies related to packaging
- Responsibility for neccessary documentation, packaging instructions, guidlines
- Improvements, optimizations of packaging system
