Quality Manager

- Understands customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
- Responsible for communication with suppliers
- Managing process and customer quality department
- Supervising quality engineers for new projects, process quality engineers, system quality engineer, laboratory leader, laboratory assistent and operator in laboratory (in total about 8 people)
- Responsibility for keeping accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
- Responsible for budget of department
- Sets up the framework, governance and review processes to ensure quality is built into products, respecting EMEA and Global standards
